"Beware of shipping issues with this company. Ordered an ice maker installation kit on 10/10/25. Shipping was due no later than 10/20 according to company and FedEx tracking. FedEx tracking showed the package at their facility for 8 days without moving beginning on 10/15. Called FedEx 3 times. Each time they said they cannot find package and I have to contact shipper. Shipper has to make a claim, they will not mark it as lost. Called Appliance Parts Pros twice. Each time they say FedEx has to mark package lost before they will do anything. They also state they have to wait 14 days from them before doing anything because of their contract with FedEx. I don't care about their contract, I want what was ordered and paid for. Just going in circles with them and FedEX. If they shipped after 14 days it would be 22 days from that point, 32 days from the date of order if they shipped it that day. There was a deadline for installing this part before tenants arrive. They did not care, would not m"

I wish I could give them -5 stars for the experience I have had with my windows and sliding doors. DO NOT USE THEM!! Lies, incompetency, disrespectful reps, and no sense of customer service. I could go into the details, but I would be writing for hours if I did. Bottom line, I ordered my windows and two sliding doors in Aug. '22 and I today received a notice the installer can get me on their schedule at the very end of April '23. I had to say that didn't work because we were having our first child that same time. Put that into perspective, Lowe's I hope you care to read this, my wife who got pregnant the in Aug '22 (same time we placed the order for the windows), will have gone through her entire pregnancy when the windows and doors would be installed. And yes, we have been paying on our order since it was placed. There is a plethora of more details I could s*** out on here, but I want whomever that reads this to hopefully understand that Lowe's is Ovideo is awful, my sales rep is a liar and very disrespectful, and you will not be taken care of. -5 STARS!!"
