"I hired Avani in April to redo the pavers in front of my house, but unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite several attempts to get the job done, they never completed the project. When my HOA rejected the original material, I had to choose a new one, but the company gave me a hard time throughout the process. Now, they no longer answer my phone calls, emails, or any other attempts at contact. Even worse, they are holding on to 50% of my deposit and have shown no signs of solving the issue. I can’t recommend this company to anyone. Javier, the owner handling my case, has shown no interest in helping or resolving the situation. This has been a terrible experience, and I hope others can avoid the frustration I’ve faced with Avani."

He wanted to start the work right away, but then ended up rescheduling our first appointment (the day of, an hour after he was due to arrive & after ignoring my phone calls all morning). When he did show up to do the work it ended up being different than what was described and unacceptable. I paid extra for more materials for him to come back and fix it (which he did) and the result was acceptable. The pavement began chipping away after 4 months, and while his work is guaranteed for 18 months, I have been unable to get a hold of him for repair (we agreed to an appointment when I originally reached out, but he has not returned a message for several months now). Overall, my experience was not great and my driveway is not great."
