I gave him a second check, new account , to cover the project. However, later I found that he cashed both checks. I had advised him about that situation, the additional $100, and he’s given me no response. I was going to give him a good rating, but since I’ve contacted him regarding this, and no response, he gets no good rating from me. He owes me $100."
