This was a very messy job and he was very careful to cover everything with a bubble of plastic. After removing the popcorn ceiling he skim coated it and his craftsmanship was superior! Jerry was in the middle of a job when I called him.  He asked me to take a picture and text it to him.  He said he would call me after work.  He did just that.  He told me it had probably been broken by an animal who was using it to get in and out.  I told him that worried me a lot so he said he would come over that night.  He did and he fixed the problems for me.  He was very nice and I would definitely hire him again.
