Description of Work: I requested some estimates when my roofing issue appeared to be minor. It turned into a major problem 2 days later and now requires a complete replacement without any help from insurance. Veritas arrived to give an estimate and proceeded to give me suggestions about my insurance. I asked for a quote on the roof. Within 5 minutes he was leaving and said he wasn’t interested in working on my roof. I asked why and he declined to give me a reason. I called the main number and was again told the reason was they weren’t interested. The abruptness of his leaving and my previous request to just give me an estimate on the roof leads me to think he wasn’t happy with me versus the roof. I’m a big girl and could accept if he felt there is a personality conflict. The fact that he wouldn’t give me a reason and that the reason appears to be because I didn’t want to be lectured on the law (when I am a lawyer) is what bothers me. The other reviews on here are very good. I imagine they are a great company to work with, but maybe not if you are a single woman
