I am amazingly frustrated with Home Depot right now and with the lack of customer service received. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They did a good job but my family member did step on multiple nails. I called to report it but they did not respond or do anything about it. The contractors that came out did not home the Home Depot logo on their trucks. On some days they left early which prolonged the process. I would recommend the products and their sales department but not the contractors.

They arrived on time, installed it pretty quick and I haven't had any issues with the carpet or installation since and it has been 10 months.

It went very well and they were really good. They took all of the old and hauled it off. Then they installed the new. They expedited it and got it done as soon as they could. They were helpful; I could tell that they wanted it to work out for me.

We were looking at changing our carpets to hardwood for our living rooms and master bedroom. We finally decided to go with Home Depot as we were getting real good deal with the flooring materials as well as the installation. They did a excellent job at explaining each and every detail about the floors. Things we need for hardwood floors. It was a 3 day job. When installing the floors they came on time and did a beautiful job.

They were what I ordered and arrived in perfect shape. My only problem was that I did not order the correct quanity but fortunately they had them at the store so all went well.

It was just fine. I rented it many times before.

I have using them for years now. They provide clean machines and help you load it into the car.

They were not that good. They offered a pre-installed dishwasher, but installed it incorrectly. They were on time though and their prices are competitive, however, I would not recommend them. I like to purchase things from them, but from now on I will search for outside installation.

Terrible. He didn't seem to know what he was doing. And, it took four calls to a 1-800 number to get him to provide me with an estimate, which was a verbal estimate left on a voicemail. Not only was his estimate hugely overpriced but it was entirely misinformed. This was an independent contractor and it was the only one in the area that Home depot used. I had to tell Home Depot that not only wouldn't I accept a quote from this particular man but I wouldn't accept one from anyone in his company. They lost the job.

IT WAS AN EASY EXPERIENCE. THE PRODUCT WAS THERE TO VIEW. WE GOT EXACTLY WHAT WE ORDERED. THE SELECTION WAS GOOD AS FAR AS THE COLOR AND DESIGN. THE PEOPLE WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND VERY HELPFUL.

IT WAS FINE. THE SECTION OF THE FENCE HAD COME DOWN. IT WAS A GOOD QUALITY OF WORK. THEY CAME, AND THEY LEFT. I'M HAPPY. THEIR PRICE WAS REASONABLE.

Experience was great. We found a vanity and ordered a sink and counter top. The delivery went smooth and was received undamaged and on time. Very impressed with the quality of products and the staff was very helpful.

I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND HOME DEPOT TO ANYONE IN NEED OF PRIVACY FENCE. THE PRICE WAS VERY COMPETITIVE AND THE FENCE WAS PUT TOGETHER USING NAILS INSTEAD OF STAPLES. THIS IS A GOOD PRODUCT AT A GOOD PRICE.

HORRIBLE. NO ONE KNEW WHAT WAS GOING ON AND THE ORDER GOT MESSED UP A FEW TIMES. I AM STILL NOT SATISFIED WITH HOW THINGS WERE HANDLED AND I AM IN CONTACT NOW WITH A MANAGER!!
