A signed proposal for services is required. Landscape Design and install or irrigation install and repair services: payment on completion, monthly services are billed monthly.

"Do not use this company for residential landscaping. They took over the landscaping in our community a year and a half ago and it's never looked worse, dead grass, weeds everywhere, shrubbery is never properly shaped, plants installed that don't last in the Florida heat, grass unevenly cut. These are all ongoing problems since they took over. The owner of the company doesn't seem to care about how bad it looks. Residents have had to take their own time and money to try to make their area look better. Truly embarrassing."
