Extremely well. Wall paper removal and drywall repair proved to be more labor intensive than first thought. Mario's crew worked diligently do the job in a very thorough and professional manner. Look of the newly painted walls is a welcome change. Their clean up procedure was also commendable.

Mario showed up promptly to give estimate and he and workers showed up promptly on scheduled work day. All work completed in 2 days. They also repaired drywall tape coming loose in other areas of house and repaired caulking along backsplash in kitchen.

Mario is the best contractor I have ever engaged and I've been renovating houses and upgrading homes for 40 years. He was extremely cost-effective. The quality of his cabinet painting and his interior painting is "top-drawer". He was totally prepared to meet and he actually exceeded his schedule for completion of the work. He recommended and managed related trades at no (or minimal) additional charge. For example, he brought in excellent cleaning personnel and an HVAC mechanic, He also made perfect recommendations for all color selections, and recommended that at minimal cost, we should upgrade all the light fixtures, Before the job, Mario would call me daily to coordinate with my very tight schedule. I can't say enough good words about him and his team.

Very professional. Took three visits to stain one day, finish the second and even went and put in thicker screws to straighten up the hanging of the doors. Good guy!

Mario and his painters did a fantastic job. They were neat and cleaned-up well and finished slightly ahead of time. They not only had to paint walls of the main rooms, but all closets and all doors. They put everything back together in great shape. Most importantly, the painting job was excellent. Mario even took the time to make sure we selected the best color based on lighting conditions. We would not hesitate to hire Year-Round painting again.

Absolutely fantastic! We started out wanting one great area painted and the work was so good that we decided to have the entire house painted. The guys were personable, punctual and the quality of work was excellent! We are excited to invite them back to paint the outside of our house next year.

We had our entire condo painted, including ceilings and trim. Paint around the window trims was peeled off with a bad taping job from a previous contractor and I was worried about how they'd be able to paint around that and have it not look like an after thought. Mario was wonderful with his explanations and confident that it would look very nice. He was very professional with his evaluation and was in touch with me during the whole painting process. We just had the interior of our home repainted and we used Year Round Painting. We couldn't be happier with the results. The paint job looks great and really makes the whole house look better. Not only did they paint the ceilings and walls, but they also repainted all the baseboards and touched up any trim that needed touching up. The crew was very professional. They arrived each day at 8am and left by 4pm. They took pictures of the room prior to moving anything, and everything, including pictures and decor, was put back in exactly the same place. I didn't have to remove anything myself. Would definitely recommend Year Round Painting!

Owner Mario gave me a prompt quote to paint my guest room and delivered an outstanding job. He and crew were on time and professional. They moved and replaced furniture, pictures, blinds, and sheers. My guest room now looks like something out of a magazine. Mario came back the next day to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I will definitely contact Mario for future projects and will refer him to others. It is so nice to see workmanship with integrity and quality in Naples.

All went excellent. This is the second time I have used Year Round and will use them again as the house has more painting needed. Everything looks very well and professionally done. Again Mario and his crew did more than I asked by painting all A/C vents and coming back to patch and paint holes for wall hangings I did not put back up.

Mario was extremely punctual, thorough, and professional during the entire process. We would definitely recommend and work with Mario if given the oppotunity in the future.

We live out of town. Mario and Scott kept us updated at all times via phone calls, progress pictures and messages posted on the Harmon Homes website. They worked with the utmost integrity and completed the project in the specified time as promised. I would highly recommend Mario Blanco and Scott Harmon for any painting/remodeling job. They delivered more than promised and we couldn't be more grateful!!!!

I brought them back about a month ago to give me a quote on some more work. They were excellent. They came back and did a second room for us.
