He does not oversee workers as he has his own route. Very i experienced crew and run down equipment.

Mark Mulligan is the owner and he came to bid on our lawn. He promised weekly service even during the "off" season when mowing wasn't needed, but yard waste pick up might be. He promised weed control in the mulched areas and push mowing our fenced area in the back because a riding mower could not fit through the gate. On several occasions, I caught his crew weed whacking our back yard and when I questioned them they always had an excuse as to why they couldn't do it as promised. Mower broken, low spots in lawn, the other crew will come later to mow it...etc. Twice the crew left our gate open and once they left their mower sitting in the yard for several days. They just left it!! They never sprayed for weeds, period.  They did not come weekly as promised. Only when asked did they pick up the palm fronds. Each time there was an issue I would call Mark and have to leave a message, as he would not answer his phone. He never returned my calls, but he certainly sent a bill promptly! I can not stress enough how bad this company's service is! My advice is to stay far away from them.

completely skipped side yard. Does not pull or eliminate weeds. Pulled them ourselves after they grew 2 ft tall. This is supposed to be included in price. Does not edge around walks, trees, etc as promised. Leaves high spots when mowing, grass cut grass laying on top of lawn. Gave us a price for simple tree shaping, but would not do it after 2 mo of requests. Do not hire this service! The owner comes out to meet you & makes a bunch of promises & then you never see him again. He does not check the quality of work & ignores you after getting the account. He didn't even ask why we were canceling the service. He just doesn't care. Hire someone else!

Too fast, dont go back over anything missed, gouged turf, cut uneven. Trimming crooked, hanging pieces, don't remove all clippings. Didn't respond when called or emailed. Stopped services.

I had asked them to stop my service in June, but they came back in July and disregarded my request. I also have to constantly remind them of my requests -- they promise one thing and don't deliver as originally agreed.

It went really nice. They are coming back another time to finish up the job becasue there was alot of vegetation to clear out. I talked to the owner on the phone he was very professional and accommodating

They pricing is very reasonable, it is definitely is low from our side. They are extremely good, professional and attentive. I've been extremely pleased.
