"Extremely honest company. Mr. Krayem came to our home to address a small void under a patio slab that developed due to erosion. Mr. Krayem tested the soil around the small void and advised us that this didn't rise to the level of any type of remediation other than packing the small void with soil and following through on our plans to have gutters installed and a linear drain. Three other companies quoted us between $8,000 and $2,000. He took the time to explain all aspects of monitoring Florida slabs and what to look for in the future that would require professional attention. All at no cost.
