They were on-time, responsible, a pleasure to work with. They are a little more expensive than most, but the quality is very good. My only issue is: make sure you get exact quotes for additional work after the initial bid."

"Terrible experience. I had an electrical issue that started when I plugged a vacuum into an outlet. There was a loud pop, the outlet and the kitchen and garage lights went out. I hired Mr. Sparky of Ocala to do a diagnostic for just under $400. The tech arrived on time and looked at the outlet and a couple of switches. He told me that I need to replace all the outlets, switches and light fixtures in the house but at a minimum, the devices on the dead circuit. He quoted me over $12,000. I decided to do my own diagnostic. I found a loose neutral wire nut in the switch box for the attic light. As soon as I tightened that wire nut, the circuit came back up. The tech did replace the wall switch for the garage light which may or may not have needed replacing. So, I paid $400 for a switch. I never got a correct diagnosis of the problem, which is what I paid for. I gave Mr. Sparky my review and they have not replied. I gave one star only because zero was not an option."
