"It did not go well. The tech arrived and proceeded to use the camera to diagnose the problem. He never called and have me a price estimate to do that. He told my tenant that I had broken pipes under the house. When I called Meeks and asked for the footage so that I could possibly do a trenchless repair and not year up my floor they said that he did not make a record because no one requested it. I called for a stopped up toilet. A salesman named Scott did not return my calls for two days to tell me that there was no footage from the camera. They never sent me an itemized bill. I found out how much they charged when it showed up on my credit card . Basically they did nothing of value for 675 dollars. Bonnie Ollinger"

"I hired Bath Professional LLC to refinish my bathtub, which had only a small crack on the bottom and was about three years old. Based on their recommendation, I proceeded with the refinishing service. They completed the work on December 2, 2025, and advised a 24-hour drying time. When I inspected the tub on December 4, I was stunned by the poor quality of the job. Large sections of the tub surface were rough and gritty?literally like sandpaper?which defeats the entire purpose of refinishing. Even worse, there was a piece of metal embedded in the coating, sharp enough to be a serious safety hazard. I had to remove it myself to prevent someone from getting hurt. That level of carelessness is unacceptable in any service, let alone one costing $650. They also insisted on being paid through Zelle, which felt like an attempt to avoid chargebacks or disputes if the work wasn?t done correctly. For a $650 service, I expected professional quality and accountability?neither of which I receive"
