We ended up choosing a solid oak floor. Beautiful material and for a great price. It took about a week to get the wood and then acclimate it for a another week, I think. When it was ready, they began the installation, which included a staircase as well. They are very honest and respectful people. You can talk to the owner about your worries and we would answer you as soon as I can. They started installing the floor and worked fast, clean, and organized. When it comes to payment, they required a deposit to buy all the materials, (wood has to be paid in total) to order it, and when they are finished, you revise and approve the job to pay the rest. We are very meticulous when it comes to everything, I can recommend this company. The floors turned out beautiful, after the installation we decided to stain it to change the color, great decision. Oh boy our wood floors look amazing. I am rating this company 5 stars because there's no 10. Highly recommended folks"
