My home's exterior was in need of a fresh coat of paint and some pattern/hairline cracking needed attention. My home's inside paint was in decent shape, but the boss lady was ready for a new color scheme throughout and, since the exterior was due, we decided to do both. We got on the schedule with Sunrise Quality and it wasn't long before Nick and his crew were on the job. His team worked hard and the finished product was great. They were professional, honest, hard working, flexible, prompt responses to inquiries and questions, on-time and on-schedule. Workmanship was high quality. Used quality products and described and showed me all the products to be used. Price was competitive (not lowest and not the highest) at $7,310 which included painting exterior block (prime plus two colors), fascia repair/prime, soffit, gutters, plus extra paint for owner's painting of the Lanai area. I received 3 other quotes before hand and am very particular and detailed. Block was painted with roller (better) not sprayed. Metal parts were spray painted (better). Completed prep. and work in about 3.5 days. Work area was keep neat and cleanup up. Would definitely use him again.- Lee K.

Roundhouse painting LlcFrom the beginning, Hector was very responsive, respectful and honest with our needed project and vision. We had interviewed multiple businesses. Choosing Roundhouse was made without hesitation. Hector and his team were very professional, punctual and clean in every detail. They began with the exterior paint and shortly after, we had them return to paint the interior of our home. A Supervisor was on site daily and Hector would stop to check in with us and look over the work at day's end. Their timeline and expectations were concise and upfront throughout the entire project and made our experience much less stressful. Finding a legitimate, honest and customer service driven businessman is always difficult. Sunrise Quality Painting IncIt went perfectly. Nick the owner told me they would not be available until around the first of April, which was perfect because I had to remove all kinds of stuff from my back porch that I'd stored there for years. I also trimmed bushes and weeded up close to the house. On a Wednesday during the first week of April, he called to let me know he'd be sending a worker to fix my rotted doorframe, Thursday, he brought the man who pressure-washed, Saturday, Nick called me to let me know they'd be coming on Monday at 7am, and on Monday, Nick brought the 3 painters who worked Monday, Tuesday, and most of Wednesday. They applied a primer and 2 coats of the paint I had chosen from Sherwin Williams. They had also applied a sealant over my cement block in places that needed it. I have a huge L-shaped back porch and the floor and ceiling also received 2 coats. My house had been neglected a lot years and now, it looks beautiful. Sunshine Custom Painting IncJeff and his experienced team did a fantastic job painting the exterior of our house. Jeff was easy to work with, patient, and responded promptly to requests. Jeff and his team pressure washed, primed and prepped all surfaces. They trenched the foundation to get the wall paint under the dirt. They caulked every window, every seam, every crack. They covered all glass, windows and frames. They repaired multiple spots in the patio and entrance ceilings that were flaking off. They sprayed the soffits and patio doors and rolled and brushed the rest. They were patient when, after rolling one wall, I realized that the color I chose from a small printed sample was not the color I wanted on my walls. They resumed working a few days later after I got actual samples of other paint colors and chose better this time. After painting, they replaced all our overhead patio ceiling light baffles and trim rings, our patio doorknobs and hardware, and all our outdoor surface wall lights with new ones that I had purchased. Their work was meticulous and thorough. Jeff's estimate was one of the lowest I’d received. Be sure to request two coats of paint up front so his estimate can better reflect the cost. We had some water spots on our ceilings, and they had not been painted since the townhouse was built 15 years ago. They did a great job - their painting was perfect, and it took some time and patience to get some of the ceiling in the kitchen covered behind the stove and on the water spot, but Lance took the extra time to see that it was right. They are very careful to cover everything, and we did not have any drips on anything. He also did some drywall patching and paint touch up where we had new bathroom fixtures installed, and they were also done meticulously.

Bayfields Painting is amazing. The Project Manager was very prompt in calling me to schedule a quote. We received the quote the same day for an entire home interior painting after the home visit and it was by far the best price. The painters were on time everyday and extremely diligent with keen attention to detail. The previous painters really did a sloppy job, but thankfully the Bayfield painters really took the time to fix what the previous painters messed up. They did the whole job in 3 days and were very respectful of our home. We will absolutely be using them again.
