"I spoke to a man on the phone and he gave me a quote to wall mount two TVs - a 55-inch and a 32-inch - with wall mounts I had already purchased and hide the cords behind the wall for $325. This seemed high compared to what I knew friends had paid for the same service, but I needed it done quickly so I agreed. When he arrived with a female assistant, he said he wouldn?t be able to hide the cords because of the location of the outlet. This didn?t entirely make sense to me, again because of other places I?ve seen this done, but I proceeded anyway. When it came time to pay, I asked if they would charge less because they were unable to hide the cords, the woman said that the $325 quote was for two 32-inch TVs, so I was actually being charged less than I should be. That is simply not true - we were very clear on the phone when he provided the quote. I paid, but I am very unhappy with the service performed and certainly with what I had to pay for it."

"Everything went very well from start to finish.  Jeff and his assistant arrived on time and spent a day taking up all the old tile and preparing the floor for installation.  Thenext day Jeff brought a subcontractor and his assistant to install the tile.  They were excellent and worked very hard and in an efficient and professional manner.  They were very polite and cleaned up before they left. Jeff came back the next day and put in the quarterround while the asistant grouted the floors.  Everything was moved back into place and was beautiful when they left.  He followed up with me to make sure everything was okay and that I was happy with the work.  I would gladly hire him again to complete any renovation project that I need to have done! "Vendor arrived on time, diagnosed the problem and said I needed a new ceiling fan. He called Choice, We waited approximately 10 minutes for a call back and an approval to replace the ceiling fan. He went out the truck and brought in a new fan and mounted it. I did have the option of going out to buy a specific make and model vs their replacement one and then he would mount it if I desired. Great service, I am glad I switched to Choice when my last warranty came up for renewal."
