Best deck cleaning pros near Lakeland, FL

"Angi is awesome! And they hooked me up with an awesome contractor named Bud Costello (Costello Coatings)! I had BAD decks, issues, and stuff. I contacted him via Angi and he was right over! He took great lengths to talk to us, ask us what we needed, explain all the processes, steps, etc., and what to expect. He answered ALL of our questions, and as a BOOMER, I really appreciated that! He was very polite, professional, and respectful! Then, he got the job done ahead of schedule, at cost, and it looks amazing! Wife is happy, that's all you need to know! I highly recommend him and his excellent HARDWORKING team. Here is before and after, but trust me, they were way worse looking and he fixed them, cleaned them, sanded them, then stained/painted them! Did I mention the wife is Happy?"

"I had Sam paint two porches, one concrete front porch that needed significant prep work (power washing and etching) and the other a wooden side porch. Sam responded immediately to my job request and came out the same day to do the estimate. The price was very competitive, and Sam did a great job evaluating what we needed to do and explaining his recommendations and all the details of the process. He did the job over the weekend and it is exactly what we needed--fresh and clean and ready for the fall. I would definitely hire him again."

"I recently hired Modesto Alemany to replace the wood floor of a 16'x18' deck. The project required more repairs than anticipated, which demanded additional work and a lot of ingenuity. The job was completed within budget and every speck of debris was cleaned up. He and his crew were very polite & courteous, and I wholeheartedly recommend this contractor. mpleted the job within budget and cleaned up every speck of debris."

"PSI is great. Dane always works around my schedule at home. I ve had my drive way, walk way, side walk, pool deck, fence, mail box, and roof pressure washed by PSI. Everything always comes out flawless. Highly highly highly recommend!!!"

"Benny was great. He responded promptly, and did a great job. I ended up not having too much gutter clean out , but he offered to do a few repairs to my chinmey and roof. I highly recommend Benny Bennett Contracting."

"He was on time and professional. He was prepared and friendly. He is knowledgeable and cleaned up after himself. They need to have a Trailer Pressure Washed every once in a while. He did my Driveway and Walk way at really realistically good price."

"SOD WAS LAYED QUICKLY. WORKERS MOSTLY SPOKE SPANISH SO SOMEWHAT DIFFICULT TO COMMUNICATE, HOWEVER, THEY WORKED TIRELESSLY UNTIL THEY WERE DONE. WHEN INSTALLING THE PLANTS, THEY WERE NOT AS GOOD AT THIS, NOT THEIR FORTE. THEY COMPLAINED A LOT ABOUT HOW HARD IT WAS TO DO THE PLANTINGS. DURING BOTH JOBS THEY DRANK BEER DURING THEIR BREAKS AND LEFT THE BEER BOTTLES IN OUR BACK YARD OR IN THE NEIGHBORS."
