He cleaned the very stained carpet in 2 rooms, an area rug, a runner, a sofa, a sectional, a mattress, 2 upholstered chairs with ottomans, in about 3 hours. Everything looks great."

I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access. "We received the pads, they are exactly as we ordered, seem to be excellent quality. We would certainly use this company again. The only thing that could be improved is acknowledgement of our order (which we mailed in--almost has to be done this way since one sends a graphic of the table shape with the order). We thought they would probably email us when they received the order and/or let us know about when to expect it to be filled. What did happen was that after a while, we called, and got that confirmation and estimated time over the phone."
