He cleaned the very stained carpet in 2 rooms, an area rug, a runner, a sofa, a sectional, a mattress, 2 upholstered chairs with ottomans, in about 3 hours. Everything looks great."

I rated a B on responsiveness and punctuality because the cleaning was scheduled a month in advance and the day before the cleaning they rescheduled the cleaning to another day. Then the serviceman came 1 to 2 hours earlier than scheduled. Since we were not living in the house, we had to scramble to get out to the house to meet the serviceman and give him access.
