Pleasure to work with, from first call to completion of project. Communication was excellent - a reschedule, confirmation of everything the day before arrival, quote, etc. Arrived right on time and handled what, appeared to me to be a complicated and involved ethernet wiring project, quickly and professionally. Unprofessional, installed NEW Video card without properly grounding himself to frame. Wanted additional work done, he said all usb connections in place, I wanted to label them. He said he had to travel 120 miles to next job and left

"Siri, I believe that was a little bit in accurate. I came out to work on your computer and I can order you an hour of time and I had to wait for you to finish looking at all of your PORN that you were looking at. I try to be accommodating and look for all your parts and pieces that were in the closet in your assisted living facility. There is no room to move between the two beds in your room. I got everything working and installed the video card that you stated was new, which was definitely not new and I was grounded to the chassis up. And even though I quoted an hour of time, I was there for an hour and a half."

Robin responded to my request for quotes instantaneously. We scheduled an appointment for the quote. He brought all of the necessary tools and equipment with him in case I decided to go for the install while he was there which I did. He completed the project (adding wifi boosters) in a timely manner and explained everything that he did. Highly recommend Robin for any of your electronic related projects!

Rob is very knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. He assessed our situation as a unique project, though surely he had done many like ours. I initially did not expect the fee until he told us the unavoidable cost of some of the necessary parts. My greatest concern was poking too many holes in our unique house with many load-bearing concrete walls - and he was very careful, minimalizing this to my glee!!
