I was always kept abreast of those issues, informed of what COULD be done and given their suggestions of how to rectify the problem so I could make informed decisions. I was kept in constant contact in person or by phone or text. I was really surprised and pleased at how clean they left the job inside and out. The end result is beyond my expectations.
