Made a number of excuses about needing a new phone and would call me when he got it. Texted saying it didn't come in, then abandoned job. I hired another vendor and got the job done. He is billing for completed work. I had to pay $200 to get the job he bid $90 for by Ray of Ray & Dan's Home Repair. He threatened to file a lien."

"The power head on my 20+ year old Aerus vacuum broke. I called Aerus of Orlando. A real person answered the phone. I explained the issue and he told me what I needed and the cost. Very reasonable price. When Donald arrived , he was on time and pleasant. I He got right to work fixing the original problem. I had forgotten to mention another issue. He immediately said he would look at it. I am sure glad I asked. I am very glad I asked. He took it apart and the inside was not good. The encasing around the motor was all broken into big and little pieces. Not safe at all. No telling when there would have been a fire. I purchased a new vacuum from Donald. After having the other one for over 20 years, I felt it was a good product for the price. He put it together and explained all the bells and whistles. I would recommend this business and Donald A Martin Sr. to all."

I operate a cleaning service with my husband. I do not have any employees. I charge either with a flat rate or square footage it depends on what needs to be done. I have a referral program. If a client refers a new client and the new client signs up for services, the client that referred receives a week free for services. I limit this to three referrals.
