"Hi [Member Name Removed]! Sorry your having recurring spots on the carpet. Typically if there is any kind of wick back of spots on carpet it will happen within the first few days after cleaning (normally this will happen with berber style carpet, which is not what you have). If the spots are coming back a month later then it is either new spots or there could be a deeper issue where a spill or accident has gone down through the carpet and has soaked into the back of the carpet and into the padding below and is making its way back up to the surface with regular foot traffic. In some rare cases there could also be an issue with the subfloor that is causing the issue. We do have sub-floor treatments for pet spots that may have soaked into the padding below, and we use a tool that can do a deep extraction through the padding, so that is certainly something we can try. If that doesn't work then sometimes it is necessary to pull the carpet back and replace any pieces of padding, as required. It is very rare, but we have run into this over the past 30 years of service where a customer has deeper lying sub-surface issues that go beyond the scope of our cleaning service. Let me know if we can be of any assistance to you in determining the cause. Also, would you mind changing your Angie's List grade for us until we are able to determine exactly what might be happening? As the owners of the business that actually go out and do the work ourselves, we feel that we are always in great spirits and love going into peoples homes to perform our cleaning services. It is an honor for us to do so. So, I do apologize if there was something amiss there. I guess we are bound to have a less than stellar day here or there along the way, so we do hope that you can forgive us for that. With regards to price, we feel that we are very competitive in the Tampa area, and feel that the value of our service for the price is unparalleled. Unfortunately, if we charge anything less than $79 for a job we would not be able to cover our minimum expenses for that service call.
