"Initially Tasha was very quick in responding. Double checked on time and date of appointment. Which I was impressed with. On the date of service, 3 members of staff showed up, two were mainly performing the cleaning and the other was basically observing. The cleaning was definitely subpar, the stove range was only cleaned at the bottom part, the master bathroom was not properly cleaned, these are areas that with a bit of product and proper brushing get properly cleaned. Contacted the owner and they agreed to come for a second visit to finalize the job in an adequate manner and it was still not properly addressed. Also had inquired about upholstery cleaning of a chair, was confirmed to provide service and the day of, the upholstery cleaner was not working."

He offered $29 to fix it but the quote we received was 100. He told me to work it out with his worker which I thought was inappropriate.
