"This was a big project. We have 3 - 10'x 8' sliding patio doors, the doors are extremely heavy. All required new sliding hardware, and one set of doors was frozen in place. We had a set of tracks that was severely twisted and bent. Tal assessed the project and brought in his crew to help with the removal of the panels. The process took a full day. In the end each door had been rebuilt, and all work beautifully. Thanks, Tal for a job well done."

Having Joseph join the team also was nice because he he has done a great job communicating time of arrival and updating us on Scheduling. We noticed a small flaw in one of the windows after the first install. It was no fought to Glass Doctor but with their supplier. I called Orlando and he came out and agreed and replaced immediately with no hassle. If you need any window replacement, I highly recommend this local business as they did a great job and saved up literally thousands of dollar verse having to replacing with a whole new window. These guys replaced different windows including patio door window, bedroom windows, bathroom windows and some special odd shaped windows above entry doors."

"Excellent experience over the past three years, initially replacing 23 windows in my mid century house with hurricane impact windows, and then having Martin Toro Contracting turn a screened porch into an enclosed sunroom with impact windows. Their work was meticulous and attentive to details . The window installers took care to be sure the windows were level, seated and sealed properly and installed with minimal wall damage. Mr Toro was always present supervising and helping to install the windows. The porch to sunroom remodeling was the same. The framing was done with laser leveling to correct for the pitch of the roof. The windows were installed as above. The drywall was finished to a level 5. The trim carpenters and painters were careful and attentive to detail. In particular, Mr Toro was very approachable, always present to supervise the work and never hesitated to ensure that the finished work met my expectation. Exceedingly pleased and highly recommend their work."

I only took one star off from value because the price I was quoted over the phone was different after the job was completed, however, I didn't ask for a new quote once he actually came out to measure and actually see what type of window it was. "Christopher was on time for the appointment. He obtained the parts needed from Home Depot and went right to work. He was efficient and even had to drill through concrete in the floor to secure the carpet and did a flawless job. He tackled a difficult job with the pocket door and replaced parts to get it sliding smoothly again. As for the toilet valve assembly, he installed a new one with a water saver feature and a new handle. He worked hard, but quickly, and charged a fair price, plus parts. Christopher is awesome. I doubt there is any job he can't do and I would hire him again...and did!"

"I was having trouble finding anyone willing to do window repair. Everyone only wanted to do window replacement. I sent Greg some pictures of the problem and he agreed to come look at it the next morning. After analyzing the situation, we agreed on the price, and he did the work right then. We worked together to solve a couple of issues, and about 3 hours later, window was fixed. Job well done. I appreciate his willingness to think outside the box and get it done."
