"Stated would make the staircase steady by putting metal plates beneath posts, but when arrived and started the job, put metal plates on the outside without asking. Also when they left, I realized 3 screws were missing and when contacting them, they advised would come back the next time in the area. Did not hear from them for several days, so I reached out to them and advised how disappointed I was and wife and I took care of the issue, that they should have done especially given we gave a little extra on top of their fee."
