Description of Work: Water and Mold mitigation; assisted with contractors for build-back restoration, as well as installation of Air Conditioning unit and water heater. Tri-County was very professional and courteous. Some problems with referred businesses, but not with Tri-County.

Description of Work: Provider came out to provide estimate for mold remediation on home. Gary was professional, punctual, and very helpful in assisting me with how to move forward with insurance company. Currently waiting on approval from insurance company for the work to be done, and I will be using Gary. His follow-up has been terrific, and appreciated!!

Description of Work: Mr. spoke with Gary Ackel on phone (SP) did not need to came to home but gave advice over phone how to check air conditioner and check settings. Gary was courteous and helpful said if member needs anything else to just call.

Description of Work: Gary checked our home for mold, found that our air conditioner temperature was set too high. No mold treatment necessary, keep AC @ 78 degrees and use mold killer that can be found at box stores.
