His attention to detail is meticulous, he is the hardest worker and gives it 110%, exceeds expectations, and gives new and better ideas that I didn’t even think of. Once he starts the project, he prefers to get it done quickly, so times things up very efficiently to keep the project moving forward and not taking too long.
