OVERHEAD DOOR PROFESSIONAL SVC

Wesley was one of the nicest and most professional contractors that I have met. Gail in the office was very nice and follow up my call with a call to let me know when the technician would arrive. Wesley arrived on time and did a great job on replacing my garage door opener and tuned up my door parts.

Our ancient garage door opener finally gave out, over a weekend of course. We called first thing Monday morning. The office was on another call but Gail returned our call promptly. She scheduled a service call for that morning, impressive! Mike came out and confirmed we needed a new one. He replaced it and within an hour we were all set. We couldn't be more pleased. Thank you Gail and Mike!

Great! He found the lock latch was turned a bit so he helped me with that and then did a general service since he was there. Very nice.

It went very smoothly. Everything working just fine. Great improvement.

Outstanding work.  I called in the morning.  They responded quickly that same morning.  Reviewed the problem, explained it to me. Recommended a replacement with a reasonable cost.  Did the job right then.  They did more then I expected.  Fixed the bent metal on the door.  Added a key pad for the outside.

Great communication from Gail in the office. Wesley had all the needed parts on the truck. He quickly figured out what needed fixing, fixed it obviously knowing what he is doing, inspected the entire door and opener to make sure everything looks good mechanically, and oiled everything that needed it. Very professional and organized all around. I never felt that I was being sold anything that I didn't need. The price was very reasonable for the amount of work that was performed. Nice job!!!

Great experience with these garage door professionals; on time, knowledgeable and quick;  my garage door was a mess-apparently one of the wires came off, the door went off track and got stuck, bent and shifted one of the tracks but all this was quickly repaired by Mike with minimal cost to me. I really thought I was going to have to buy a new door but this was not the case.

I would recommend other Angie's List members about their price because I had called around before I went to Angie's List to see if I could find some people.  They were a little steep.  I couldn't get an appointment; but I got an appointment with overhead the next day.  I called that morning to see if I could get in.  The lady there told me they were full for the next two days where they could put me through the wait list.  She called me back the next morning and asked me if I could be at home at such and such time.  I told her that I have an appointment.  I asked her if there was anything earlier and she told me she would keep me in mind to see if there was something earlier.  I got something earlier and she called to tell me their guy would be here in 20 minutes.  He was here at that time.  He was courteous and professional.  We had a little conversation when he was here.  He knew exactly what he was doing.  They were really great.

We moved into a new house on Thursday and the garage door was ok... However, on Friday it wouldn't open more than 6 inches.... Called Overhead door (on Angie's List but a new neighbor also recommended them)... Called about 8 am and by noon my door was oiled, adjusted and generally serviced... I'm sorry I didn't get the tech's name but he was prompt, efficient and I could tell he knew his business...

Fine. I liked the quality, the material, experience, installers and they guided me to the correct product work where i lacked experience.

He used his expertise to balance it so it would not fall and then section by section got it back in place and replaced those parts that needed it.
