Great! Tim did great work, he came by to ***** the work and gave us a very fair-priced estimate, he even offered helpful tips on other projects we discussed that weren't related to the work we hired him to do. He was very punctual both times he was in the home and very respectful of our request to wear a mask. He was quick to call when a spot opened up, and I really appreciated him thinking of us and fitting us in on short notice. Will definitely hire him again and would recommend him to anyone needing any type of work done.

They just do outstanding work, he keeps the customer and someone on everything he's doing and he makes suggestions on how to do things which will better benefit the customer.

Anything they did, they cleaned up really well after themselves, everything they did was basically outstanding work, I would definitely use them again in the future they were very good. Everything they did was just great and they very considerate too.

He did an excellent job. He cleaned up after himself and he showed up when he said he would. He was polite, knowledgeable and honest. His price was average, wish it could have been a little less but the end product looked great so I guess I shouldn't complain. I will be hiring him again to do some other projects around the house as well.

Tim is very professional polite and punctual. He came to my house and gave an estimate and then I scheduled him to perform the work about 3 weeks later. He arrived early each day and worked at least 8 hours a day. This deck was old and had been added onto over the years by various owners. Tim did a great job correcting the old mistakes. He takes alot of pride in his work and does what he says he is going to do. He is not the most expensive but not the cheapest either. He is now back at my home on another project. I would highly recommend him.

Mr Porter came to my house within 2 days after I contacted him and provided an estimate to do the work.  Because he had several other jobs already scheduled we agreed on a date two weeks away for him to do the work.  I contacted Mr Porter the beginning of the week we had scheduled the work, and  established a time and day for him to do the work.  Mr Porter arrived to do the job at the time and on the day we had agreed to.  Mr Porter had all of the tools, equipment, and supplies required to completed the job as agreed.  After completion of the work Mr Porter made sure all scrap was removed and the area was as clean as when he arrived.  I would call Mr Porter again without hesitation when I required the services of a handyman..

Tim Porter the "Reliable Handyman" was recommended by a friend who had used him for some repair work. I called him and we met so that I could show him what we had in mind and to get an estimate. He quoted a reasonable price and we engaged him to do the work. He showed up every day on time with his assistant and they did all that they said they would do despite the incredibly hot weather. We were impressed with the level of his knowledge and the standard of his workmanship. We would use him again and have no hesitation in recommending him to others.

I left a message for Timothy and he responded within a matter of hours. He and I met the very next day and agreed upon what needed to be done and the cost for all repairs. We experienced one or two rainy days, but Timothy and his crew arrived bright and early, on our first clear day, and began the task of tearing off the old roof. Timothy found more rotten wood damage, than we first realized, but he was able to make the repairs, to the wall and roof, and replace the roof within the cost of our original estimate. My wife and I are very pleased with Timothy's quality of work, work ethic, timing, and attention to detail. I can easily recommend Timothy Porter, doing business as Reliable Handyman, to anyone in need of handyman services in and around their home.

It went good. He did it in just a few hours and it worked well. Previously, he replaced some stucco in our house. He made 3 trips and only charged us $400. He does a very good job.

He did a great job.  We will know if the repair was successful after the next rain.  I have also hired him to repair and paint the front door and the porch rail.  Hopefully this work will be performed within the next two weeks.

I own an older home (built in 1950), which still had the original door to the outside.  I not only needed a new door hung, but some repair work/replacement of the threshold.  I called Timothy Porter and he arrived 5 minutes before the scheduled time to give me an estimate.  He seemed very knowledgeable about many handyman-type tasks--everything from building decks to replacing kitchen cabinets. He examined the door and threshold that I needed replaced and explained everything that he would need to do.  He even gave me advice about what to look for when I purchased my new door.  His estimate seemed fair and resonable.  I scheduled a time with Mr. Porter to do the work, and again, he showed up 5 minutes before schedule, which I really like.  I hate having to sit around and wait for someone when I've made an appointment.  He began work immediately.  What I really like about him is that he takes his time, doesn't seem rushed, and really seems to enjoy his work.  He has a very calm, easy going manner and is confident about what he is doing.  The entire process, which included pulling out the old framework and removing the original threshold, took about 4 hours.  He made sure the door was hung level, caulked all of the areas needing to be caulked, and he cleaned up after himself.  My new door looks great!  I am very, very satisfied and will use Mr. Porter for other repairs/renovations.  I highly recommend him!
