Spoke to Chuck zirbel November 19th 2019 about different Titan massage chairs. I did buy one. I received it December 3rd, contacted him December 4th that it was defective torn many things didn't work. Kept giving me the runaround that it wasn't his responsibility it was Titans Titan says it's his. I finally got a technician of their picking on December 20th who spent 4 hours using the chair with the manual all the things I complained about are notated in this work order. they said I could return it but their policy is I have to send back and pay for a 280 lb chair back to them and mail Bill me the original shipping. Then they told me just to return it. That word return is perspective. after months of talking with him and all the paperwork messages emails I have I told him and I told him before that is a consumer I'm only left with a few options since he wouldn't comply or try to help. When I told him my options were the better business bureau, attorney general, FTC and finally Court he told me I threatened him and told me never to talk to him again. he has misled me about who was responsible for what who he talked to at Titan oh, it's just obvious he's a true salesman says he's a triple platinum dealer and an expert on the exact chair I have. That was not true he had to keep calling Titan about the chair or had to go to their website to find out information so that doesn't sound like someone who's an expert on what he brags about. All the reviews here are about mattresses. But if you check the better business bureau out he's got a good rating but again it's all about mattresses. I would be very careful if you knew by anything electrical read very carefully the return policy your warranty. if you buy any of these types of things besides mattresses be very careful and you will see his true true personality. Buyers beware!
