"I called back in June, I think, and got scheduled for mid-August. Before the scheduled date Brendan drove by to see our house. He said the driveway did not need to be done, the roof would be $300 and the lanai $75. He called to confirm the date and time he would arrive. Got here around 10 am, worked for 6 and 1/2 hours. He works very methodically, and did a great job. He is very professional, did more than we asked for, and pointed out a few things that need maintenance. Definitely will use him again."

When Sal pressure washed the surface, it looked new again. He recommended painting the surface to ensure our satisfaction for years and years to come.
