He showed up on time for the quote (which does not seem to be normal), he did not try to hagle me or change the price after giving me a quote. He worked non-stop until the job was complete even when his supplier shorted him on the delivery of the gutters, he left me a note and personally went and picked up the shorted gutter and worked in the rain until he completed the job.
