LOOK NO WHERE ELSE!!!!! So where do I start?? I bought my first home in 2021, and there were some shingles that needed to be repair on my roof for insurance purposes. I called around 5 different companies, and they all said I had to replace the roof and could not repair it because of my roof's age. I finally found Fiddler's Roofing which was the only company that was honest and told me my roof did not need to be replaced. They completed the repairs with no issues. Moving forward to 2022... I had a leak because of Hurricane Ian. I contacted Kevin, and he immediately went and inspected my roof. The whole process from the beginning to the end was super smooth. From the owner (Kevin), Alexis and Ruben were all professional and a pleasure to do business with. The delivery company (not Fiddler's Roofing) caused some damage to my driveway and within 15 minutes Kevin had filed a claim for them to cover the cost of damages. Kevin works for his clients not against them. I have gone through couple of contractors for some remodeling I did at my home, so I can tell you it is difficult to find someone that truly cares about his clients. Thank you Kevin and team for bringing back hope that there is still honest companies out there.

Such a professional company and a pleasure to work with. The guys always showed up on time and worked quickly to get everything done! At the end of each day they always cleaned up the area so nothing was left messy. They went above and beyond and their work is amazing! We now have the nicest roof in the neighborhood! These guys were an absolute pleasure to work with. After interviewing several companies, Kevin (the owner) came out to survey our roof. He was the first of all the companies who genuinely came off as knowledgeable, practical, and professional. I immediately knew this was my guy. He didn't sound like he was over-promising or blowing smoke just to gain my business. This being my first time having a roof replaced, he made the entire experience easy, assisting me along the way and making the process painless. We had to move a couple of things around schedule wise and he was very accommodating, never making us feel like we were an inconvenience. His office manager, Alexis was also very friendly and communicative. She provided everything I needed for HOA approval, permitting, inspection, and moved the process along quickly. When the day came to begin, Ruben, the project manager, was on site long before the team to get everything in order before hand. As a result, they were very efficient, worked long days to get the job done, and finished ahead of schedule. Again, Kevin, Ruben, and Alexis, keeping in constant communication throughout the process. They even coordinated our the gutter replacement company for us. I later got on the roof to inspect the installation which looks to be excellent quality. The entire experience was fantastic from initial contact to finish and they definitely "over-delivered". There is no doubt that I will be recommending them to anyone who asks me about a roofing company. I just can't say enough good about them.

They are EXCELLENT! The whole team, Alexis, Madeline, Kevin and Ruben and the roof workers went above and beyond to make sure all went well. Ruben had to rebuild and fix a few tough issues and did a tremendous job. He kept me informed the entire time. It was reassuring and appreciated, especially since getting a roof is so costly. Kevin is the owner and quickly and thoroughly answered all my questions and followed up to be sure everything was right.They cleaned up everything so well you would not even know they were there! I highly recommend them.

Ruben did an outstanding job as foreman. He kept me updated with pictures and progress notes throughout the day. My property is in Florida but I was in Virginia during the install. Outstanding communication and workmanship. They also have very competitive prices and the best warranty Iâ ve seen, which indicates they really stand by their work!

I contacted Fiddlers roofing and got an estimate very quickly. Nate Unterbrink took a lot of pictures and explained all the work that was needed. Nate coordinated with State Farm and even did a virtual inspection with the State Farm agent. The roof was replace in a few days and yard was left vert clean.

I contacted Fiddlers roofing after 3 others companies did not show up or say it was not worth them doing. Fiddlers roofing worked with me and dealt with the insurance company that was giving me the run around. They took the time to send everything that insurance demanded to get my roof replaced. They got my roof on and in a timely manner after insurance approved the work. I was dealing with insurance for over 5 months before Fiddlers stepped in and got everything straightened up.

The Best! Project Mgr Fred Camera handled and completed all the behind the scenes work. He is on top of everything and completed my roof in one day!

Brett from Fiddler's Roofing was fantastic to work with. His customer service skills are what you want and hope for from a contracting company. The new roof looks great, I even had a neighbor texting me photos of the crew working impressed with how quickly the job was being completed. Our roof replacement was as a result of previous storm damage. Brett stayed patient with us, kept in frequent communication with me throughout the long process of dealing with our insurance company and scheduled us quickly once we received word we could start the project.
