"I discovered petpee.com when I was searching online for ways to remove the urine odor from our 10’ x 14’ Karastan wool oriental rug. I had planned to clean the rug myself, but I was intrigued by the videos I saw on YouTube of petpee.com’s owner, Meir Martin, demonstrating how he cleans rugs like mine. I searched for petpee.com reviews and was blown away by the number of glowing reviews that had been written by satisfied customers. I knew then and there that I wanted to turn my rug over rug to Mr. Martin to finally get rid of the urine odor that had been building up for over 10 years. I called him and got a quote of $1079, which included shipping both ways, cleaning the rug, and a guarantee that I would not be able to detect any urine odor when my rug was returned to me. After getting over the sticker shock, my husband gave me the green light to send the rug to petpeepee.com. I think he was more interested in getting rid of my constant complaints about the urine odor than the actual odor itself! Mr. Martin walked us through how to pack up our rug for shipping via UPS, having us send him pictures to make sure we had prepared it properly. Even though we followed his instructions, I received an email from UPS 5 days later that my rug had been lost. I was regretting my decision to send my rug off for cleaning, UNTIL Mr. Martin worked his magic! I’m only the second customer in all the years petpeepee.com has been in business to have her oriental rug go missing, but that was to my benefit, because Mr. Meir knew exactly who to call (in Utah, of all places!) to track down my rug. Mr. Martin called his contact at UPS every day to check on whether my rug had been found and kept me posted each day for a week. On the seventh day after UPS reported my rug had been lost, Mr. Martin called me with the happy news that my rug had been found!!! Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. Mr. Martin received my rug via Next Day Air from UPS on August 23 and began the cleaning process the next day. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process. We received the rug back on September 2, and it smelled as fresh as it did the day we bought it! It looked so clean and new – worth every penny we paid to have petpeepee.com clean it. I really need more than five stars for my recommendation of petpeepee.com and Meir Martin. He is a true professional and the best communicator of any service provider I’ve ever encountered. I will be sending him more rugs soon! When I do, I will be VERY careful about packaging them, including using a HEAVY DUTY bag and taping multiple labels on the inside and outside of the package and making sure EVERYTHING on the outside is smooth and flat. "Absolutely THE WORST. I've had two incidents with this dry cleaner and today will be the last. Jon has on two occasions taken in my dry cleaning promised it would be back in time for my business trip and boom! NOTHING TO BE FOUND! This is the third time its happened. I won't be going back. I spent over an hour at the store looking through the racks and my stuff was no where to be found. Now I have to go spend $1800 on a suit I don't need to go on a business trip at 7am tomorrow. Jon will not answer phone calls or texts (his employee gave me his personal cell phone number). He didn't even have the items I personally handed to him this last Saturday in his computer system. I have been in the store on other occasions when other people have come in and their items were not there. Avoid this place!"

"I have severe allergy issues. I placed a call to Gator Clean with some questions. After talking with danielle I made an appointment for my air ducts and carpets to be cleaned. They arrived on time and were very thorough in their walk through. They did a wonderful job. She even took the time to recommend what products would be good in my everyday cleaning. I also had them return a month later and clean my tile floors. I am happy to report everything turned out great and am very satisfied with their work."

"I want to warn you as this company took advantage of me during the last hurricane Ian. I called them in to dry my house out, they were very quick to take my money, but removed only half of the wet floors and left me hanging for over a week, with the rest, which completely defeated the purpose of hiring them. Same happened to lots of people that I know - they took the job and the money and then disappeared. They did finish the job couple weeks later, but till today I don't have an invoice to give to the insurance company as per their admin they don't give one out. So just be careful, I was so in a hurry to dry my home as fast as possible and didn't do a proper job researching this company. I don't want you to make the same mistake."

"I must clarify the ladies who were sent did an excellent job but the contact person is who I’m grading an F! Very deceptive in quoting a price for a deep cleaning. Stated they’d do certain services which were included in the price quoted then when ladies were here ended up staying longer to do jobs that were suppose to be in the deep cleaning price then added additional cost and when I tried calling wouldn’t call me back and ended up taking 80 dollars over quoted price. Very rude unprofessional and I’d never hire them again not refer them!!!!"
