As an example, yesterday they replanted several of our small palm trees literally in the middle of Tropical Storm Eta(high winds and driving rain) I couldn't believe what I was seeing! On top of that they even came by today to check on us and proceeded to clean up a considerable amount of debris that had been deposited on our dock after the storm. The Shady Lady team always goes above and beyond and is the epitome of outstanding customer service! Great company that I would highly recommend!"
