"Jon did an outstanding job... The bench was gifted to me 3 yrs ago. My lawn care company backed into it by mistake and not only bent it, but weakened it as well. I was heartbroken because it was a gift. Through Angi I connected with JD Welging LLC. Jon came out, brought the bench to his shop and had it back to me within a few days. I asked that he also refinish it as it has been out in the elements for 3 years. The bench looks better than new!!! I feel very fortunate that I was connected with Jon and JD Welding LLC. Jon is very kind, courteous, and obviously takes pride in his work. The price was very fair. I highly recommend JD Welding and appreciate the opportunity to give a review. "Great company! I had Bahama storm shutters, awnings & upstairs deck railing installed in 2020 which was great work. The thing that I am most impressed about is that while prepping for hurricane Ian (09/2022) I had difficulty setting/closing the shutters, so I gave them a call. After explaining my situation, within 30 minutes a manager came over and to my grateful relief helped me lock them down. I highly recommend Pyramid Aluminum for their quality products, professional work and great responsiveness. Tricia"

"I've had a subscription service with this company for nearly about a year. The service has been very inconsistent and some of the technicians try to sell me equipment and other unnecessary items. This last service call I had to pay 60 dollars rather than the 45 that the associate mentioned on the phone for an emergency call and the technician didn't apply any corrective measurements. Another company came today and serviced my air conditioner free of charge. Ending my subscription Monday morning. All engagement with technicians and on phone calls has always been professional aside from the lack of quality in the actual service."
