Full Service CorpOur kitchen remodel morphed into a full blown home renovation, with the help and guidance of Ariel. Not only are you getting a general contractor, but a designer as well. He was a great sounding board for all of my ideas and was able bring everything on paper to life in a quality fashion. If the concept was “doable”, then he’d get it done. We appreciated the thought and precision with which he executed all phases of the renovation, as we were still living in our home during construction. He made it as painless as possible, thinking of our needs first. I did do a lot of legwork, picking out fixtures and hardware, but that was my choice. He has a full selection of materials at his office and has worked with most of the products out there, from low to high-end. We had lots of items on backorder due to high demand and COVID, but this did not deter him or his crew from getting work accomplished. He is timely, his crews are timely, and both are a pleasure be around. Yes, there was a mess here and there, but it’s CONSTRUCTION! All in all, they were very tidy and cleaned up each day. An important factor with any working relationship, construction or otherwise, is communication. Ariel communicated and recapped progress and upcoming needs each and every day. He is extremely organized and his work ethic is impeccable. This translates to his teams of workers who have been with him for many years. I’ve read in other reviews that there were issues of miscommunication and work done that wasn’t what the owner wanted, but I don’t see how this is possible when you lay out exactly what you want, do your research, and ask questions appropriately as we did. Be clear with your vision, style, materials you like (and DONT like), and it will be a great experience. Again, this should be practiced in all aspects of business, not just construction! Full Service CorpThis is the BEST contractor you will ever find! We always heard that contractors don’t call back, don’t meet deadlines, don’t show up as agreed, etc. We first met with the contractor with the intention of renovating a bathroom. We ended up doing two full bathrooms, a brand new kitchen, the garage, all closets, house lighting, porch renovation and more! They are fantastic. They show up every day on time with no exceptions. We always knew what the scope of the work for the day, week and month was. The team is reliable, honest and very respectful. They became family to us! The pay attention to the minimal detail and the materials they use are the highest quality. I can’t say enough how satisfied we are! We just signed to now also do the driveway pavers. A-Rose Contractors, Inc.I was hesitant and anxious about the kitchen/bathroom/1st floor renovation we’d been talking about for years. After Roy’s initial meeting with us, I felt 100% comfortable with his experience, price and manner. He had ideas that no other contractor thought of it brought to our attention. He wasn’t about making a buck, it was all in the interest of making us happy. Roy and his staff were very respectful of my ideas, my time and my home. He was a dream to work with - showed up when he said he would, took care of every little thing we asked of him and the work was impeccable! If not for the pandemic, the renovation would have been completed 3 WEEKS AHEAD OF SCHEDULE!! (We had never heard of such a thing) We couldn’t love our remodel any more than we do. Development91The service was top notch. Everything I requested was done beyond my expectations and before the estimated date of completion. The attention to detail was exactly what I wanted when redoing the interior of my home as well as the front driveway and porch. My living room was converted into an open layout modern living space that I always envisioned before starting the project. The front of my home was also transformed from an eye sore to a joy to look at. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for detailed and meticulous work. I came across Development 91 who is local and has done a lot of work by my current apartment. They have, by far, been the best contracting company I have seen and worked with in my 5+years in the business. From start to finish, they are everything you look for when doing a big remodel for your forever home. They pay extreme attention to detail and always on call and available to help with any doubts or worries you may have. He built a framed wine rack to fit in an existing niche, rejuvenated a kitchen desk with refaced drawers and the addition of two large drawers, and did baseboards throughout the kitchen. New Living Construction IncWe used New Living Construction to remodel two bathrooms and build custom cabinetry for the laundry room. Dmitriy and his team did a wonderful and beautiful job. The team is very professional and very respectful. Dmitriy was very responsive and communicative throughout the process. Although the remodel took longer than anticipated due to the pandemic, we stayed in constant communication to get the job done and closed out. The team is also very honest. Horrible company. This company will only promise you everything and provide nothing but waisted time you cant get back. I cant even explain how many times I have been promised the job would get finished and no one ever showed up to do any work. This is a new construction project with a small simple kitchen that only takes one week to install and 3 months later I dont even have enough cabinets installed to get countertops, finish electrical, finish plumbing, or anything. My entire project is on hold because of this company and it has costed me so much extra money using them.

Dreams do come true and for once I was pleasantly surprised. This team was on time and true to their word. Too often things go wrong or companies over promise. But for once in my life I don’t have a bad thing to say. Nothing is perfect and sure enough I had issues with other workers that dinged my beautiful cabinets. A simple call resolved everything and they came to my rescue. It’s too often we hear about the bad but not often do people take the time for the good. I love my cabinets and I’m truly thankful for all the help and great work

Dwight from Cornerstone Construction is the REAL deal! I am probably one of the pickiest people when it comes to contractors. I have never liked a single one, but Dwight is absolutely wonderful. They have remodeled our entire kitchen (removed our whole old kitchen and replaced it with a brand new kitchen including appliances, exhaust, backsplash, etc) - it looks perfect, which I NEVER say. I have no conflict of interest....I am tired of contractors who don't do a good job so when I found Dwight, I was ecstatic. I have used his company for the build out of my medical office and always refer our friends and family to him.

John Villa has done several renovation jobs for me before, mainly bathroom and kitchen renovations, and his work on all of them was excellent. I needed to upgrade my windows to hurricane impact windows and although I had several quotes for the project I went with John. I know his work and he agreed to paint the windows after the installation which none of the other contractors included in the project. John did not disappoint and in addition to the excellent work he added quartz window sills and I repainted the house to complete the job. John is also responsive to follow up questions and concerns which most contractors do not do
