"The work and service provided was exceptional! The paint turned into a construction as the painters found multiple rotten wood planks and immediately brought this to our attention. Most painters would have just painted over them! Then they offered to do the replacement work…..saving us money and time! And we had some issues with the color of the paint not looking like the sample once applied. They made multiple trips to 2 different store locations to get it right and helped me decide which color was best! These guys have integrity and work ethic we just don’t get to experience in the business these days…..but we should! And they deliver! I absolutely love looking at my home…..they brought back the rustic look it was missing! I will use them for future projects and send new potential customers their way!"

"This was a wonderful experience!! I highly recommend working with Graham aluminum because they are courteous friendly professionals. we sprung a leak in our home and they acted fast for us. Because of that, there was minimal damage to the interior of our home. We had heard from several of our friends that had worked with Graham to get their metal roofs done. The supervisor explained the product he'd be using & how it would be installed. Their price acutally beat two other quotes we had gotten. I love that they were very personable and eager answer any questions we had. I appreciate them getting the job done not just when they said they would but even sooner. Bless U... "Had to keep calling for a start date. The people at Morgan Exterior can be very rude. Overall on the high end for job done, and lot of back and forth with office to get job done. The people who came out to work were really professional. The person who fixed siding was great!"

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

"Everyone at Solar Shield was very nice and professional. We had a few concerns when the moisture barrier was installed and we still had rain in our bedroom. Frank got it corrected the next day, and finished the roof the following week. The good news: very nice looking roof with no more leaks. The bad news: we got pictures of the hurricane straps installed and had the roof inspected by our insurance company. They found that the hurricane straps installed were not up to their standards and neither was the moisture barrier. They also found multiple slats (we didn’t have decking that covered the whole roof - old house) that were split and compromised during the work, so we were unable to qualify for any insurance discounts. Overall, we have a nice looking roof - top of the line from Solar Shield Industries. Hopefully, it will last a lifetime. But unfortunately, we have some decking remediation that needs to be done and we still need hurricane straps, which will probably be clips now. Not a big enough deal for me to raise a stink. I can retro clips and repair the few decking issues from the attic & under siding. And apparently, the moisture barrier is just not what the insurance company accepts as a “moisture barrier.”"
