"They were there on time, and did the job paid for in an efficient manor. There were several dirty areas from traffic patterns, and most of them came out. They used steam cleaning method which leaves no lingering odors upon completion. They did pre spot before beginning the steam cleaning. It took about 2 hrs. to do the entire house. Apparently some of the tape I had used to secure the label to the package was not completely flat and caused the label and bag to tear. I loved receiving videos and pictures of the rug being cleaned and getting updates from Mr. Martin throughout the process.
