Great job! Carpets are beautiful. They did some much needed repairs, also. One carpet had a large chunk out of the side (dog chewed). They repaired the area and now cannot tell where the problem was. Pick up and delivery also excellent. I'll use them again in the future.

The repair work was very well done--it involved reweaving specific colors by hand into the body of the rug to match the pattern. Then the rug was cleaned and the fringe was repaired also. I've had the rug for over25 years and since it is in the family room it gets heavy use. With this cleaning and repair I hope to get many more years of enjoyment from it.

Big job completed very well. Clean and repair two large, semi-antique, hand-knotted Persian rugs; clean one hand-knotted Chinese rug. Matt provided great education about the rugs and showed us what he needed to do to get them back to 'beautiful'. He fully explained the process to clean and repair each rug. The work needed was extensive and took some time to complete. The rugs are back in our house now and look terrific. It was well worth the money/time.

Great! The owner had a great selection of oriental rugs to choose from and he was very helpful in finding what I wanted. He also told me they offer cleaning which will be something I will have to try, since I have three young boys and two dogs! World definitely recommend!

Matt's pride of ownership in what his shop does is apparent in not only the oriental rugs all through his shop but the videos he shows customers of the cleaning process. There was a delay in getting the rug back but he stayed in touch - he wanted to make sure it was really cleaned since it was so soiled and to make sure the binding age was repaired.
