"My concrete tile roof was looking cruddy and not so red anymore when I asked SMPW to clean it. This company had done so once before, with excellent results, so I had confidence that they would repeat the performance. I was not disappointed. Rico was the technician assigned to the job, and he took all necessary steps to get it done right. Not only was the roof beautifully red again, but he washed all windows and even cleaned the outside of the house, A/C units and a small deck to our sunroom. The entire house looked new again."

"Showed up with no hose - I had to provide the hose. Their sprayer for the deck broke. My wife showed them how to remove pine needles off the screen. The men were very polite but were obviously in a hurry."

"It went Great. Fast response the same day I called,call returned,sales man showed up with samples that night. Job started 1 month later . "The company owner called me within 10 minutes of my initial email contact to set up an appointment for the next business day. Richard came and removed an old eye sore circuit breaker on an exterior wall, removed a ground outlet, removed an old sprinkler system timer, and replaced a wall outlet. He even covered the holes with cement. Richard is knowledgeable, personable and did not stop working since the moment he arrived. I purchased 2 hours of electrical services.
