"Tony was a great communicator. We were asking for a custom build fence. We had contacted some of the basic fence companies prior to getting Tony’s name and no one would even quote us. He basically helped design in and pulled the permit for us. The end product was great and we’d recommend."

"Brent and his crew are extremely professional in every aspect! Communication was very consistent and thorough. Efficiently got the job done but very precise and took the time to ask questions to confirm aesthetically this is what we were looking for. Their workmanship was top notch. In most cases, metal building components cost more than wooden ones, while entire metal buildings cost less than wooden versions. However, regardless of the exterior framing or structure, each must meet similar building codes. The most common slope, or roof pitch, for a shed is 4:12 or four inches of height for every horizontal foot. For areas that experience heavy snow loads, a steeper roof of 6:12 or 9:12 is best.

Building a home involves numerous costs, including labor, permits, inspections, utility hookups, and brand-new materials, finishes, and appliances. Additionally, new construction loans can have higher interest rates than traditional mortgages, and property taxes on new homes are often higher, increasing long-term costs. An exception is a DIY house build, which can be cheaper than buying an existing home if you do the labor yourself. While building is generally more expensive, a new custom home offers complete control over the layout and design. Furthermore, new construction is typically worth more than a comparable pre-owned home and may provide a better return on investment if sold quickly.
