While James and his team were cleaning and spraying other areas of the house I was able to make the repairs without slowing them down. Additionally James explained the potential cause for the rot may have been associated with the steep roof slope and type of leaf guard I was using withy gutter. "They are very nice, but unfortunately that is about the only good thing. We needed a railing installed and painted on our indoor staircase. Not only did they not show up on the day we previously agreed on, but they didnt let me know until we already waited nearly 2 hours. Then they rescheduled for the next day and in 6 hours completed the railing. It was not correctly measured, the balusters are not even, they left paint on the stairs and missed parts of the railing, it wasn't even sanded. There were nails left on the floor and our ceiling got damaged by the railing. We are beyond disappointed and now need to get this redone."
