With over 12 years of experience Ecolibrium Cleaning is a family owned business offering residential and office cleaning services. We specialize in weekly, biweekly and monthly recurring cleaning. We follow Greenseal standards for residential cleaning. We currently have 4 employees in addition to the owners, we usually work in teams of 2 though large jobs may require 3 team members. We do not use subcontractors. All employees are background checked, legal, can communicate in English, are trained, supervised, and are covered by Worker's Compensation Insurance. Connecticut does not require a license for cleaning but we are registered with the state as a legal business, and have a Sales and Use Tax permit for Sales Tax. We maintain a $1 million liability policy and each employee is bonded. We pay all income taxes required for our employees. Each job is estimated based on the needs and wants of each client. Our service is all-inclusive. Prices include labor, cleaning equipment, cleaning products, and specialized tools.

"Sirlei and her team come to service my house once a week and when they initially started they were aware of my dog and two cats, and all three of them ADORE the women which was a relief because the women interact so kindly with my pets so much so that Teddy, my Yorkie, waits for them on Fridays. But I think it really hit my family and I when we adopted a dog who was neglected and we were worried because he doesn’t let anyone pet or touch him, he is scared of humans in general. Their first and ongoing interactions with my adopted dog has been beyond amazing. He feels safe even when they are cleaning and this is a dog that is scared of someone just petting him. The women are amazing and my family and I can’t say enough good things about them and this company as a whole. In the type of person that wont trust someone if my dog(s) dont trust that person and my dogs beyond love this crew. There are times I wonder where they are, just for them to be getting rubs by the women. 10/10"
