He had the parts replaced and oven back in running order in less than an hour. He was nice, clearly communicated the problem and confirmed full price of repair before completing. "Simon was very trustworthy and reliable. He called right away after I contacted Angi and set up an appointment the next day to diagnose and repair my mom‘s washing machine. His charge was very reasonable and he spent several hours then determined the machine was not repairable due to clothes being stuck in the agitator and the agitator cap couldn’t be removed. He replaced it with an almost new whirlpool washer at a very reasonable cost, and came back for a hose extension when he said he would and everything ended up perfectly. I would highly recommend him."

"No. I was told that the shower paneling would be a certain height and it was not. There is a big 12 inch gap between the paneling and the ceiling. I called the sales representative to discuss. We talked and she said she would get back to me the resolution, she never did. I paid for the old install fully $15k. I later got a call from the production manager demanding a new check for $10,000. They told me that the check I gave them was lost. I checked my bank statement and they had already cashed the check. I would never recommend this company."
