The proposal was for a 300W transformer remote smart phone app control for up-lighting 10 driveway trees and converting our driveway entry 120v post lights to low voltage LEDs. He is honest and thorough and very fair on pricing as he doesn't have to pay for a fleet of vehicles or buildings.
