He was always definitive when providing recommendations for how to best baby proof our space, but never pushy when we decided on a course of action that best suited our needs. Installation went just as smooth when the day came, and everything was installed very well and with no fuss, even figuring out alternative solutions to a couple tricky spots once he was on site, and accommodating us adding in a couple extra items last minute. Prices were very reasonable; Shane was always responsive, timely, and professional; and the finished work is great. "Preston and Austin are very personable. Preston was willing to work with me - letting me paint the baseboards before install. Austin did the install and did a great job. Austin fixed a few other baseboard issues and was very accommodating. There was an area of the floor that wasn't yet done so he cut the baseboards so they're ready to go in.
