We recently had windows replaced, and the process went very smoothly. Greg provided a quick estimate, and even expedited the replacement, as I was waiting to paint the house, until the windows were replaced. Greg stopped by very quickly, after the job was finished, to ensure everything was properly taken care of. Our new windows are a huge improvement, and cut out a lot of heat we get from the west in the late afternoon, just as promised. K&G Solutions quality is amazing, I have already felt a huge heat difference in our East facing rooms but above that their pricing is very competitive and customer service is top notch! Service was awesome from first meeting to have the window measured all the way through installation. Very friendly and professional.

Fantastic!! Greg came out measured, took pictures and we discussed the options. Once we all agreed on the style, trim, color the rest was automatic. Greg's team arrived as scheduled and finished to the work on time and on budget.

Why five stars? High quality, cost effective and great follow up. Oh, and an owner who LISTENS to his clients! Need I say more?! In the day and age of quote shopping, appointment setting and pushy salesmen rattling off numbers four times higher than the “sales price minus discounts and buy three get one free” gimmicks, ditch the headaches and time wasters. Seriously. After a week of several appointments each day, my husband got to a point where he just wanted a fair price for what he was looking for and wanted to stay within our budget, minus the BS. He’s a straight shooter and wanted to deal with a straight shooter. We didn’t want “cheap” windows. We didn’t want to cut corners. Enter K&G...cut out the middle guys and talk to the owner!! Greg owns K&G and is able to offer great prices since he doesn’t really have an overhead for advertising or marketing. This, in turn, saves clients money! It totally made sense! After appointments and quotes with the big name competitors, we were able to purchase the same product well under our budget, plus a back sliding door when one company practically wanted the equivalent of a used car price. Not only did Greg beat everyone else’s price out the park, he was up front with his schedule, delivery and installation dates. Everything went seamlessly and we had no issues whatsoever with the installers. Plus, the two days we were told was actually one day with 11 windows and the sliding door! They were in and out and we are still impressed! To top it off, Greg answered all our calls in an extremely timely manner and never once made us feel as if we were interrupting him or “just a sale”. There definitely needs to be more business owners with this type of customer oriented mentality. He listened to our request and provided outstanding results! From the get-go, my dealings with K & G Solutions were A#1. The products are top quality, the prices more than competitive and the people terrific -- friendly yet highly professional. Greg was always responsive to questions in a timely and open manner. He believes in his products and noted he surrounds himself with good people. I couldn't agree more. I would not hesitate to call him again nor to recommend him to others.

It went well. We are very happy with the windows, and they look great. We had a few hiccups along the way, but Greg got it taken care of and was willing to make it right. I'm always going to be more loyal to a company who fixes problems. I would work with them again.

Awesome, they said it would take 2-3 days, it was done in two. And when it was done.... it was perfect! I did not have to call them back for anything. I should also mention, I got about five bids. All for double pane windows, K&G ‘s first bid was for triple pane glass, at a lower cost than all of the other five double pane offers, this is the company you want to use!

Greg was fantastic to work with. We ended up getting a super solid sliding door for considerably less for the same door vs another competitor.

K & G Solutions, I can say enough on how well I was treated as a respected customer, Greg understood what I was asking and want I wanted, He did not try an upsell me, We purchased sliding patio door and 3 pane window, and we are extremely happy with it, The installers were very professional, and neat and clean, Will do more buisness with K & G windows, And I will tell all my friends and neighbors about how great a company it is! Greg and his team were great. Greg was timely with estimates and answering any questions I may have. The crew that did the instal were friendly, fast and very professional. They did all seven windows in a day. I'm very happy with my new windows it's a huge improvement in my house.

Everything went well. 4 windows and a patio door replaced. I called with the approximate window sizes (after having another contractor out who wanted way to much money for the windows.) They listened to exactly what I wanted and never tried to "up-sell" me into things I didn't want or need. After a quick discussion, my husband and I decided to go with them. They came out to verify sizes and sign the contract order. pricing came in right what I was estimated over the phone which is always good news. Once the windows were in we got delivery scheduled. They got all 4 windows and a patio door in within about 4 hours. They had several installers come so they could be done ASAP. I am very pleased with the windows, the service and that anytime I had questions I could send a text and ask. We will be using them again if we ever have more windows, siding or roofing issues. I recommend you call them and see what they can offer you. It was very straightforward pricing .

K&G Solutions replaced all of our windows in our home 3 years ago. They installed high quality windows at a lower rate then their competitors. The windows they installed cut our energy bill in half. The craftsmanship and quality were so good we just had our basement windows replaced by them this past fall. We highly recommend K&G Solutions!!!!

1. They worked with our insurance company and made it a smooth transaction for us! 2. They had to tear out stairs and basically reconstruct the entire porch as we had it resized, they went over and beyond our expectations! 3. The windows went in like a charm and they even had to resize the brick for the new windows! 4. They installed the door and even replaced half the inside molding (that our dog had chewed up) there guy even painted it white again!!

Front glass screen door was ordered and installed beautifully and timely. Would absolutely hire again!
