We had a walk-in shower installed with high end materials such as porcelain walls and a new bathroom floor The experience from beginning to end was smooth. The sales person, Randy, helped us figure out what we wanted in an initial consultation. The office crew (Kaylee, Ann) ordered everything and kept us up to date on delivery schedules. The project manager, Justyn, coordinated the work on site as soon as all the materials were available. RenewHome's plumber, Scott, and assistant Jonathan were in and out in a few hours. Then the big work started with a GREAT subcontractor, L and R Home Remodeling LLC. Edgar and his assistant Adir completely rebuilt the bathroom in 3 days and left everything clean at the end of the day. "I had siding replaced and very displeased with the entire process. The crew did a poor job for what I paid and have already had to be back out here 3 times in a month to fix their mistakes. Crew cheif never checked the work to determine if the quality was up to the company standard. The crew left the property a mess with my belongings scattered around the yard. They had leftover pieces scattered as well. The craftsmanship and quality was aubpar for the price. No care for the property. Damaged driveway, roof, windows, and garden bed. Chalking already cracking. Large gaps in the siding. Siding already buckeling. Seams not together. Asked to speak to a manager or supervisor multiple times and still no response. I was promised certain tasks at point of sale that company will not follow up on. Over all this company treats their customers as money and gets in and out with little oversight or quality check. I am very displeased with the product I got for the money I paid. Will never recommend."
