"Needed new toilet after 40 year old toilet seal broke. Supplier gave them the wrong tank and they had to go back and get the right one. Other than that, everything went smoothly."

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with Berg Plumbing on three different remodeling projects, and each experience has been outstanding. They are consistently reliable, skilled, and detail-oriented. Communication is clear from start to finish, and they always show up on time and ready to work. The quality of their workmanship is excellent, and I especially appreciate their ability to anticipate potential issues and offer practical solutions that save time and money. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any plumbing project — they’ve become my go-to plumber for remodels."

"James and Robert came out early the next morning, after I had a huge leak under my sink and flooded kitchen. I called James at 9pm that evening. They arrived early to assess the problem and gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate. They are professional, friendly, and completed the repairs in record time. I live in a 65 year-old home and have had my share of inept, incompetent trades people, specifically plumbers, rip me off and do shoddy workâ ¦ James and Robert are top-notch, and even gave me good advice as to who to call to avoid a mold issue with the wet interior and exterior walls. Donâ t hesitate to call VIP Plumbing for your plumbing needs. They are awesome!!! Susan VanDenBerg"

"Could not get up our driveway on first attempt (too steep with 180 degree hairpin turn). Returned with smaller equipment and was able to get solids from tank. Did not charge for second trip even though it was an additional 200 + miles. Office contact was helpful and congenial. Driver was competent and easy to work with. I would recommend them to any one."

"This was the first time I've used Angie's List. Our kitchen sink and dishwasher began backing up on Saturday night. I tried to fix the problem myself, which has occurred before, but this time I could not get it to clear.
I called Jim on Sunday morning at 11am. He answered, and first indicated that he didn't typically work on Sunday's, but offered to assist. He arrived within an hour, discovered that the problem was a bit more complicated, left to get more equipment, and returned again within about 30 minutes. He completed his work in about an hour; gave us some helpful hints on ways to avoid this happening again, and thoroughly cleaned up the area he was working in.
I found Jim to be professional and courteous, and I liked the fact that he's a local businessman who cares about treating his customers right.

"Seriously wonderful company! Everyone does a fantastic job and always goes above and beyond to make sure things are done right and efficiently. We had an entire new furnace and AC system installed and did vent sealant and MAN the difference in our home and utilities speak for themselves. This company does great at spring and fall tune ups and actually go through the entire system instead of just cleaning the outdoor unit. Whenever we've needed a response for something they're quick to get us scheduled and done. Absolutely would recommend to everyone!"

"Pros all the way, but thought $189.00 for a 15.00 shut off valve replace for a toilet water supply was a bit stiff."

"Recently I had an issue with a hot water heater in one of my rentals. I was disappointed to learn the cost of a water heater at the local hardware store. I called A plus Plumbing and was pleasantly surprised to find out they could squeeze me into the next day's schedule and the cost was only a few dollars more than what I could purchase a new water heater for! After arriving they quickly resolved my hot water issue and tackled another problem with my toilet. Being able to take a hot shower and flush a toilet correctly are such privileges. I usually do my own plumbing, but after this experience I will be calling this local plumber first. Thank you for the great and timely service. Update - since replacing the water heater, I have called A plus Plumbing to set a new trailer (water, sewer, gas) and had them repair a main water leak at another unit with the same promptness and professionalism. They are an affordable 5 star company!"
