"Alex was very knowledgeable and knew exactly want needs to be done. He was very prompt, Courteous and cost effective. My central vacuum (Beam) was NOT working for years due to clogs and Alex came and identified the problem in less than an hour by systematically isolating the problem and ordered parts that needed to be replaced.
